Sleeping on my side and practicing stress management as well as well getting enough sleep has played a major role. Had bad anxiety for a few months and I believe this is what brought back my apnea as it has been basically in total remission for about 2 years.įortunately the last two weeks or so I have had no apnea symptoms, episodes and no panic attacks. My apnea was bad years ago but never had any form of panic attacks. Fortunately I have not experienced another one since and my sleep apnea episodes that I believe had a lot to do with it, have also gone away as well. Mine happened 1.5 to 2 hours after I fell asleep as well. Just curious if anyone else has ever had a similar exp before and how did they rectify it.ģ5 years old. The symptoms were very similar to a heart attack which is why I am here, but also spot on for nocturnal panic attack as well.

Scheduled for second draw for tropanin in about an hour.Ĭoincidentally had a stress test and echocardiogram about 8 days ago and everything came back great. Already drew blood for electrolytes and Tropanin and took Chesr xrays. But I Have NEVER had this kind of exp before and it scared the hell out of me.Ĭurrently I'm ER for about 4 hours now. Assuming that my sleep apnea is acting up after Years of dormancy. Last few nights I have woken up with a surge of adrenaline and caught my breath but was able to go back to sleep and be fine. I tried to capture the ecg on my galaxy watch during the symptoms and caught the tail end of it as far as the flutters go and immediately after. They arrived and I was steady recovering to normal.ġ2 pt ekg was fine. They instructed her to give me aspirin and wait for EMT. Managed to wake GF up and tell her to call 911. Tingling and numbness in shoulder and arm was last to fade. Was able to control breathing as to not hyperventilate and was able to gain control over breathing next. Nausea and cold sweats faded within a few short minutes at most. Numbness and tingling on left shoulder and arm. Hands cold and clammy and had cold sweats kick. Got clammy and sweaty and left shoulder and arm was numb.įelt as if I may pass out and struggled to talk between breaths. Overwhelming sense of nausea though I barely managed to not throw up. Heart felt like it was fluttering, struggling to get oxygen. Woke up suddenly around 1:05am in a panic.
